they make me broke

Went to this amazing museum called Louvre and at a palace in Versailles both in Paris – and so were the thousands of tourists. I am pretty sure all of the tourists who took pictures of these sculptures have more or less have the same pictures with the same angle. Me, I just focused on their focal points

LOVE YOU GUYS!
By Mary Oliver…
You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
For a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
Tell me about your despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain
are moving across the landscapes,
over the prairies and the deep trees,
the mountains and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air,
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting –
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.
angge’s birthday! she should have been just 49 today
in my heart, i have asked you a favor again… to watch over Francesca in Paris as she takes her summer school; you must be proud of our chichai!
happy birthday sis! you must be partying with the angels.

thank you to my family who came all the way from across the bay to make sure I am still alive and okay after the car accident yesterday afternoon! OH YOU GUYS CARE!

i wouldn’t have it any other way… of course with momo too
When unconditional love exists, there is a mother present; and that mother can be your friend, your sister, your cousin, your aunt, grandma; and it can also be your brother, father and in some cases, your own children.
if i don’t have your picture here with me it doesn’t mean you are not loved, it only means to get your butt out to San Francisco!
well some of them… hehehhe
da macabentas at yountville!
how i wish i was really having lunch with my baby boy eskermos! I miss him so much!
this is eskermos, one of our children at Ulingan. he is one sweetest and most lambing kid. he and his family left ulingan yesterday to go back to their province, Zamboanga. I don’t know when will i see him again. :,-(
i know, i know that i have been “missing in action” … in a sense that I don’t have the usual time anymore to call, to chat, to text, to organize family get-togethers… i don’t blog as often as before; i don’t immediately reply to emails anymore; i am not my old self anymore; yes, i am not funny anymore or trying to be funny.
the honest truth is i miss you all…
but i have a new mission in life; a mission that at times i feel it’s bigger than me. a mission that is very important and very personal to me. and i will not apologize for having this mission but I will apologize for having less time or no time with you anymore.
if you all love me, then you will all LET IT BE…
I am blessed with my friendships with these wiser, older and kinder friends!
taking another bloggera hiatus … I AM IN CRISIS!
This is Ulingan – A surreal, destitute, inhumane place but this is HOME to hundreds of famileis for over 11 years now. Someone just recently bought “Ulingan” and talks of demolition is up in the air. Our families were asked for voluntary demolition otherwise military will be brought in. But they have nowhere to go. They are helpless and will be homeless. THEY NEED US MORE THAN EVER. We need to give them maximum protection and support. We need lawyers and human rights watch!!! Please pray for their safety, their future, their lives.
had dinner with the guanzons – kat and mich… hmmm, it dawned on me again that my family – clif, chi and myself – has three different last names! wilcox, mateo, and villa… ay naku!
